*The outdoor pool is closed when the cover is in place.

Trash Collection
Trash Pickup – Tuesdays & Fridays, roadside by 12:30 p.m.

All bags must be securely tied.

Untied or bags put out late will not be collected.
Horticulture – Tuesdays, roadside by 9:00 a.m.

Vegetation must be bundled in 4-foot lengths with twine/rope.

Loose leaves, twigs, and cuttings must be in paper bags (not plastic) or a rigid container.

Do not mix regular trash with horticulture.
Recycling – Fridays, roadside by 9:00 a.m.

Use containers or paper bags (not plastic).

Separate cardboard from other recyclables, review recycle categories here.
Security
Holiday Condominium has both amenity/gate access cards and transponders which operate our main gates. Guests, deliveries, and contractors may also dial owners to gain access to the park.
