January COA Payment Processing Delay

Kids and Teens Game Day 12/27!
Hello everyone! We are excited to invite all children in the park to an all-ages Kids’ Party on Saturday, December 27th at 11:00 am in the North Hall . Children and teens ages 2–18 —along with their parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles—are all welcome to join in the fun! Gate Damaged, Again...
Dear All, Please be advised of an incident that occurred at the entrance gate a few hours ago. A resident attempted to enter by using both their resident gate access card and the visitor gate access card simultaneously. During this attempt, the resident gate barrier arm made contact with the resident’s trailer and had to be removed. The force of the impact dislodged the gate operator tower — the same tower that was just replaced. As a result, the resident gate will remain ope

Holiday Office Closures: December 25-26 & January 1
