Dear All, Please join us this Tuesday, January 27th at 2:00 pm in the North Hall for a Lee County Sheriff's Office presentation. All park residents, renters, and guests are welcome. The presentation will include a look at the current crimes relating to frauds, scams, and cons. Dear All, We have an update on the delayed January COA processing. Please see the message below from Spires & Associates (our accounting firm). "Dear Homeowner, Regarding the recent ACH banking error, we are pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved. Your HOA maintenance payment has now been successfully processed and should reflect in your bank account on Friday January 23 or Monday January 26. Please be assured that no late fees, penalties, or adverse account

Dear All, Many of you may have noticed that your automatic monthly COA fees have not yet been deducted for January. This delay is due to an unexpected banking error that prevented the fees from being processed. Please see the letter below from Spires & Associates, our accounting firm, for additional details. In order to participate we need each lot owner's primary owner to consent in writing. This page can be accessed through your user profile , located at the top left corner  of every webpage. The Member Roster serves as our official directory of Holiday Condominium owners and will be updated quarterly . This event would not have been possible without the many volunteers who generously gave their time and energy to plan, prepare, and serve the meal. Hello everyone! We are excited to invite all children in the park to an all-ages Kids’ Party on Saturday, December 27th at 11:00 am in the North Hall . Children and teens ages 2–18 —along with their parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles—are all welcome to join in the fun! The party will include games such as Bingo, Card Bingo, and Electronic Horse Racing , all played for prizes, plus a pizza lunch . It’s sure to be a fun-filled event for the whole family! Dear All, Please be advised of an incident that occurred at the entrance gate a few hours ago. A resident attempted to enter by using both their resident gate access card and the visitor gate access card simultaneously. During this attempt, the resident gate barrier arm made contact with the resident’s trailer and had to be removed. The force of the impact dislodged the gate operator tower — the same tower that was just replaced. As a result, the resident gate will remain ope
