There is a process as defined by FL 718 and Holiday Condominium's governing documents. Here is a helpful diagram that explains it.

Please note that the park exists year-round and the governing documents apply whether there is an occupant in the unit or not. The Board and management reasonably works with everyone's unique situation, but the rules still apply.
