We have enjoyed a very eventful calendar this season and would like to thank all of the activity leaders for organizing and making sure everything goes off without a hitch. All Michiganders are invited to attend the Michigan Day State Dinner on Thursday, February 26th at 5:30 pm in the North Hall. Tickets are $7, and can be bought from the residents listed in the flier below. All tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, February 18th. Hope to see you there!

Dear All, The CPR/AED Class for February 12, 2026 has been set up, and the signup sheet is in the office. We would encourage all residents to learn CPR, and the use of AED machines and locations. The classes are free, and are put on by the Iona/McGregor Fire District in cooperation with Holiday Condominium, Inc. The classes are limited to 12-13 people per class. Dear All, Please join us this Tuesday, January 27th at 2:00 pm in the North Hall for a Lee County Sheriff's Office presentation. All park residents, renters, and guests are welcome. The presentation will include a look at the current crimes relating to frauds, scams, and cons. This comprises reports from the Sheriff's Office Fraud Line and will discuss ways to protect yourself and your loved ones. -- Your Holiday Condominium Association Team

Dear All, Gentle yoga is returning to the park on Tuesday, January 6 at 9:15 am ! We are happy to welcome back Pam Brodie , who led wonderful sessions last year and is excited to once again help us gently stretch, strengthen, and move our bodies toward better health. Hello everyone! We are excited to invite all children in the park to an all-ages Kids’ Party on Saturday, December 27th at 11:00 am in the North Hall . Children and teens ages 2–18 —along with their parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles—are all welcome to join in the fun! The party will include games such as Bingo, Card Bingo, and Electronic Horse Racing , all played for prizes, plus a pizza lunch . It’s sure to be a fun-filled event for the whole family! Dear All, Please join the community for Christmas Dinner this year, to be held in the North Hall at 2:00 pm . Dear All, This is a reminder that tomorrow evening the church will be hosting a festive night of caroling, “Mingle ’Til You Jingle,”  in the North Hall. Dear All, This is a reminder to stop by the office and sign up to donate blood next Wednesday, December 10th. The Lee Health Blood Bus will be parked in front of the South Hall from 2:00–5:00 pm. Dear All, Lee Health will be hosting a blood drive at the park from  2:00 - 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 10th .  Now is the time to sign up in the front office!
