Any construction debris resulting from approved changes to your unit is to be deposited in the construction roll off container . Dear All, Please be advised of an incident that occurred at the entrance gate a few hours ago. A resident attempted to enter by using both their resident gate access card and the visitor gate access card simultaneously. During this attempt, the resident gate barrier arm made contact with the resident’s trailer and had to be removed. Dear all, The outdoor pool is temporarily closed  due to iguana droppings found in/around the pool. For everyone’s health and safety, the pool will remain closed today while it is properly cleaned and treated. We also want to remind residents not to feed iguanas  at any time. Feeding wildlife encourages them to remain in populated areas, increases property damage, and creates additional sanitation issues around the community. This is a reminder that the office is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm , Monday through Friday. Please schedule any large truck deliveries during office hours whenever possible. During these hours, we can open both sides of the entrance gate to ensure easier access into the park. Reminder no 18-wheelers should be admitted in the park due to limited turning radius roads. The same applies when bringing in or taking out campers, RVs, fifth wheels, and similar large vehicles. Please
