Gate Damaged, Again...
Dear All, Please be advised of an incident that occurred at the entrance gate a few hours ago. A resident attempted to enter by using both their resident gate access card and the visitor gate access card simultaneously. During this attempt, the resident gate barrier arm made contact with the resident’s trailer and had to be removed. Dear all, The outdoor pool is temporarily closed due to iguana droppings found in/around the pool. Please Plan Ahead...
This is a reminder that the office is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm , Monday through Friday. Please schedule any large truck deliveries during office hours whenever possible. During these hours, we can open both sides of the entrance gate to ensure easier access into the park. Reminder no 18-wheelers should be admitted in the park due to limited turning radius roads.
