Dear All,
We have an update on the delayed January COA processing. Please see the message below from Spires & Associates (our accounting firm).
"Dear Homeowner,
Regarding the recent ACH banking error, we are pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved. Your HOA maintenance payment has now been successfully processed and should reflect in your bank account on Friday January 23 or Monday January 26.
Please be assured that no late fees, penalties, or adverse account actions were applied as a result of this issue, and your account remains in good standing.
