Mailbox Stickers

Per USPS mailbox standards, any advertising on a mailbox or its support is prohibited and mailbox surfaces must remain clear so mail carriers can deliver mail safely and without obstruction. USPS engineering specifications state that mailboxes must not have advertising, markings, or unauthorized attachments on the exterior of approved mailbox designs, as these can interfere with mail delivery and violate federal regulations. USPS


Accordingly, stickers, labels, signs, decals, or similar items are not permitted on any condominium mailboxes or mailbox supports. The association requires compliance with this policy to ensure uninterrupted mail service for all residents and to avoid potential actions by USPS.
