Welcome to Electronic Voting

Dear All,

As shared in the meeting today, we are embarking on exciting times and will be conducting our first electronic vote this year. In order to participate we need each lot owner's primary owner to consent in writing.

Owners filling out and returning the consent form are considered to be the primary voter for the unit and will be the only person able to submit a vote. Only ONE vote per unit is allowed therefore those units with multiple family members or whose title is the name of a trust or corporation need to designate their primary voter. (The half lot owners will be counted as half votes for the six lots that were split.)

Lots/units that return multiple consent forms will have the primary lot owner designation in the system based on the first response received electronically, so please pay close attention to who is filling out the consent form to ensure you or your spouse (or designated primary voter) is the only individual that is submitting the form.

We are happy to answer any questions you may about this process and are here to help. Feel free to call the office during the week or speak to Election Committee chair, Mary Hoogerhyde, Lot 73.
