January COA Payment Processing Delay

Dear All,


Many of you may have noticed that your automatic monthly COA fees have not yet been deducted for January.


This delay is due to an unexpected banking error that prevented the fees from being processed. Please see the letter below from Spires & Associates, our accounting firm, for additional details.


They expect to have the issue resolved by the end of this week, or at minimum to be able to provide a clear timeline for resolution by then.


Please do not contact Spires & Associates directly at this time, as they are dedicating their full attention to correcting the problem.


We will share another update as soon as more information becomes available.
