Pool Temporarily Closed – Iguana Activity

  • Nov 21, 2025
  • 1 min read

Dear all,

The outdoor pool is temporarily closed due to iguana droppings found in/around the pool. For everyone’s health and safety, the pool will remain closed today while it is properly cleaned and treated.

We also want to remind residents not to feed iguanas at any time. Feeding wildlife encourages them to remain in populated areas, increases property damage, and creates additional sanitation issues around the community.

As a reminder, the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) classifies iguanas as an invasive species. Property owners are legally permitted to remove or humanely kill iguanas on their own property, following all state guidelines for humane practices.

We appreciate your cooperation as we work to keep the pool area clean, safe, and enjoyable for all.

Thank you,

~Your Association Team
