Fiber Optic Broadband is Coming...

Dear All;

We are pleased to welcome Tillman Fiber to the community to install new fiber optic lines. This project will provide residents with additional internet service options through T-Mobile once completed.

Preparatory work is currently underway to identify installation paths. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption; however, access to utility easements will be required throughout the community. Please ensure that any personal items located within easement areas are removed to prevent potential damage during installation.

Once a final construction plan and timeline are established, we will share those details with the community and provide reminders as needed. The project will begin near the office and progress from Ariana to Oakdale.

There is no cost to the Association for this installation, and there are no current plans for a bulk service agreement. The Association will receive compensation in the amount of $15,000, which may be allocated at the Board’s discretion, along with complimentary Wi-Fi service for the office and the North and South Halls.

At a later date, we will invite T-Mobile to present available service plans and pricing options directly to residents.
