Gate Damaged, Again...

Dear All,

Please be advised of an incident that occurred at the entrance gate a few hours ago. A resident attempted to enter by using both their resident gate access card and the visitor gate access card simultaneously. During this attempt, the resident gate barrier arm made contact with the resident’s trailer and had to be removed. The force of the impact dislodged the gate operator tower — the same tower that was just replaced.

As a result, the resident gate will remain open until a replacement can be installed. The unit owner responsible will be billed for the full cost of the replacement equipment.

Please, please do not try to enter the gates in this fashion. If you need both gate arms open to accommodate your rig, plan to arrive M-F between the hours of 8a-4p. If that is not possible please call the office 239-466-1155 during normal office hours ahead of time so we may help make other arrangements.
