Return of Gentle Yoga on Tuesdays at 9:15 am

Dear All,
Gentle yoga is returning to the park on Tuesday, January 6 at 9:15 am! We are happy to welcome back Pam Brodie, who led wonderful sessions last year and is excited to once again help us gently stretch, strengthen, and move our bodies toward better health.
Everyone is welcome to participate. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own mat, and don’t forget a bottle of water.
