  • New Website Launch – Watch for Your Invitation!

    Dear All~ Users will be uploaded on Tuesday, September 23 We are excited to announce that our new website will be launching this week! As part of the transition, you will receive an email invitation to create your new member profile. The invitation will come from an address ending in: @ site-members.com . Please keep an eye on your inbox for this message and follow the instructions provided here to set up your profile and gain access to the new site. There is more work to be done before the site is fully mobile-optimized and we encourage you to please be patient while we complete that effort in the next phase. In other words, your tablet or laptop will be the best device to use at this point. Kimberlee is a dynamic and results-driven leader with extensive experience in operations and project management—bringing a proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact customer experiences. With a strong background in hospitality and membership management, Kimberlee has overseen operations for award-winning resorts, events, and stakeholder relationships. She excels in strategic planning, team leadership, and community engagement. And she is a Florida native, born and raised!   • Electric Car Charging

    Charging stations must be approved by the county and the park. Charging vehicles poses risks. Due to an electrical fire from a pedestal yesterday, the park manager is concerned about fire hazard. Some of you are using a charging station for your electric cars. Those charging stations MUST be approved by Lee County and the BOD. If you have a charging station, please provide the office with the approved Lee County permit. The Office

  • Pet Supervision

    Pets must be supervised. Attention Residents! Leaving your dog attached outside to a piece of furniture unsupervised is NOT acceptable. You MUST be present and be able to control your dog. We keep receiving complaints from concerned owners of dogs being left unsupervised and barking while attached on a leash outside. This is not acceptable. Please be a responsible dog owner and think about our residents' safety. The Office

  • Parking on Common Elements

    We would like to remind our residents, renters and guests of some of the rules and regulations regarding parking on common elements. Friendly Reminder Per our rules and regulation #5 and #6, no parking on common elements except in designated parking space. Common elements are behind the Association Office, at the center entrance to the park, in the maintenance area, on the West end of the North Hall, on the grassy area at North end tennis court, North side of South Hall. Parking on commons elements is permitted when using the facilities No overnight parking allowed in any common elements. You can obtain an approved parking pass from the Manager if needed.   • NOTICE – Paving Project Scheduled to begin October 20

    Dear Residents, Expect disruptions on Bubble Shell, Wild Flax, Oakdale and Corralite. Please be advised that our recently approved paving project is currently scheduled to begin on or about October 20, 2025. Work will be completed in sections, and access to driveways along Bubble Shell, Wild Flax and Oakdale, and the entire length of Corralite will be limited for various time periods during the demolition and reconstruction of the roads and catch basins. For those of you planning to return to the community around this date, you may wish to delay your arrival for a week or two until the project is finished, to avoid inconvenience with limited access and potential parking limitations. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this important improvement project. Updates and schedules will be posted as soon as available. Thank you for your understanding. The Office
