Emails coming from the park re. "subscription plan"

Dear All,
Recently you may have noticed an email from Holiday Condominium about a subscription plan for your lot. The subject line of the email was "A customer bought a plan on Holiday Condominium." An image of an email is pasted below.

We wanted to make sure that you know that these emails are coming from the park office and are not spam. At the same time, we are not asking for any money (it's a $0.00 plan) and there's nothing that you need to do. You don't even need to click the link to manage the subscription. :)
The emails are a by-product of some database management that we are working on internally. Subscriptions are a way to organize the data for our reference and your eventual benefit.
If you didn't get an email, don't worry. We've figured out how to stop sending the notices with each database update.
