We have enjoyed a very eventful calendar this season and would like to thank all of the activity leaders for organizing and making sure everything goes off without a hitch. Dear All, Next Tuesday, March 31st at 2:00 pm in the North Hall there will be a presentation by the Iona-McGregor Fire District. The Residential Fire Safety Program is designed to help homeowners minimize fire risks and enhance safety within their homes. This program covers a wide range of fire safety topics, both inside and outside the home. Its primary goal is to equip residents with the essential knowledge and resources to prevent fires and to ensure they are better prepared in the event of an emergency. Reminder to all; As shared in a recent board meeting the association no longer will provide coupon books for monthly payments starting with the upcoming start of the fiscal year on April 1, 2026. Dear All, It’s that time of year again — your opportunity to sign up for pest control. TriStar Pest Control will be in the park at the beginning of April to provide indoor treatment along with an outdoor perimeter spray, so now is your chance to get on the service list. Dates of Service: Monday, April 6:  Lots 508 through 270 Tuesday, April 7:  Lots 269 through 1 The cost is $40 per unit , payable at the time of service directly to TriStar only . Please note that the office cannot hold or collect payments on your behalf. This service includes a six-month indoor pest guarantee . If you notice pests in your unit within six months of treatment, TriStar Pest Control will return to respray at no additional charge. The sign up sheet is in the office. The Lee Health Blood Center is returning following December’s successful drive to host one last donation event on Friday, March 13th, from 1:00–5:00 PM . Donating blood is a simple yet powerful way to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others right here in our community.
