This workshop is being held for informational and discussion purposes only. The primary topic will be the review and discussion of proposed amendments to the Association’s governing documents, including but not limited to the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and/or Rules and Regulations. Links to proposed documents were included in the posted agenda for June 11 and hard copies made available in the South Hall. This is the first workshop to be held on this important topic.

• No votes will be taken at this workshop.

• This is not an official membership meeting for purposes of amendment approval.

• Any proposed amendments will be subject to a separate duly noticed membership meeting, in accordance with Florida Statute 718, which will include the required 14-day notice and voting procedures.

  
  

Members are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and provide input. Draft documents were previously shared via links in the agenda for the upcoming board meeting on June 11th and are available for review in the South Hall and in office.
