- Emails coming from the park re. "subscription plan"
Dear All, Recently you may have noticed an email from Holiday Condominium about a subscription plan for your lot. The subject line of the email was "A customer bought a plan on Holiday Condominium." An image of an email is pasted below. We wanted to make sure that you know that these emails are coming from the park office and are not spam. At the same time, we are not asking for any money (it's a $0.00 plan) and there's nothing that you need to do. You don't even need to click the link to manage the subscription. :) The emails are a by-product of some database management that we are working on internally. Subscriptions are a way to organize the data for our reference and your eventual benefit. If you didn't get an email, don't worry. We've figured out how to stop sending the notices with each database update. If you have ANY questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We ask that you stop by the office, give us a call at 239-466-1155, or email us at office@holidaycondominium.com . Thank you. -- Your Holiday Condominium Association Team

- USPS Mail and Packages - Two Important Notices
Dear All, Our mail carrier has asked us to remind everyone to please wait to retrieve your mail until she has finished delivering and all mailbox panels are closed and locked. This helps ensure that only authorized mailbox holders have access to the contents of their individual boxes. Please also note that if your mailbox is full, the mail carrier will begin removing the contents and returning them to the post office starting this weekend. If this happens, you will receive a paper notice in your mailbox and have 10 days to retrieve your items from the post office before they are returned to sender.
