Time to sign up for TriStar Pest Control - sheet in office!

Dear All,
It’s that time of year again — your opportunity to sign up for pest control. TriStar Pest Control will be in the park at the beginning of April to provide indoor treatment along with an outdoor perimeter spray, so now is your chance to get on the service list.
Dates of Service:
Monday, April 6: Lots 508 through 270
Tuesday, April 7: Lots 269 through 1
The cost is $40 per unit, payable at the time of service directly to TriStar only. Please note that the office cannot hold or collect payments on your behalf.
This service includes a six-month indoor pest guarantee. If you notice pests in your unit within six months of treatment, TriStar Pest Control will return to respray at no additional charge.
The sign up sheet is in the office. You can come in or call the office at 239-466-1155 to get on the list.
