Excessive Dirt Pile

Please do not pile dirt/debris behind the large roll off containers in the maintenance yard- deposit it inside the container. Any construction debris resulting from approved changes to your unit is to be deposited in the construction roll off container.

If you observe someone dumping dirt/rocks/bricks behind the containers, please help educate that person. And when depositing materials in the appropriate bins, please do not block the opening. Push your material as far into the bin as you are able.
