As shared in a recent board meeting the association no longer will provide coupon books for monthly payments starting with the upcoming start of the fiscal year on April 1, 2026. Please contact Spires & Associates to set up your payments with ACH, if you have not yet done so. Owners will need to mail payment checks to

Please make checks payable to "Holiday Condo" and be sure to reference your account number and/or property address on the check. All payments must be made with a US Funded bank account. Plan to pay your maintenance fees monthly, at a minimum, to avoid any late fees. The maintenance fees are $189/mo per lot, and for those that own 1/2 lots an additional $94.50 is due monthly.
