BOD Miller and Chardonais are referring to resolutions in regards to Rules and Regs. What Rules? What Regs? Are they speaking of firm determination to resolve and make something that is already there more emphatic or are they looking to physically move to alter written Rules and Regs that are already in our Documents or governing papers?
