Parking on Common Elements

We would like to remind our residents, renters and guests of some of the rules and regulations regarding parking on common elements.

Friendly Reminder

Per our rules and regulation #5 and #6, no parking on common elements except in designated parking space. Common elements are behind the Association Office, at the center entrance to the park, in the maintenance area, on the West end of the North Hall, on the grassy area at North end tennis court, North side of South Hall.

Parking on commons elements is permitted when using the facilities No overnight parking allowed in any common elements. You can obtain an approved parking pass from the Manager if needed.
