Weekly Update

Good afternoon, Holiday Condo and Happy Monday!

The board and management team are happy to provide the owners with a summary of our current projects for the week ended 6/19/26.

Fiber Optic

Our fiber installation team has completed roughly 95% of the conduit which protects the fiber. A drilling machine will need to be brought in to drill under a few of the longer intersections, and near the outdoor pool. Once all the conduit has been installed, the contractor will then install the actual fiber optic cable. We have now been assigned our account manager from T-Mobile and home installation seminars will occur in the upcoming weeks. Most utility interruptions associated with the installation are now behind us!

Indoor Pool

Interior painting is complete, including both the men’s and women’s showers. The unexpected structural repairs are complete, and the contractor is currently applying the “plaster” finish to the inside and outside of the building. Painting of the repaired areas will soon follow.

The pool has been completely refinished, and the pool and hot tub are once

again filled with water. Flooring is scheduled to begin July 6. The sauna benches have been removed and will be replaced. A new sauna heater has been ordered as the old one could not be repaired. Improved lighting has been installed throughout.

Governing Documents

The proposed HC Condominium Governing Documents have been distributed to the owners via email a well as hard copies in the South Hall.  Two owner’s workshops have already been held at the South Hall and via Zoom. We do realize it is quite laborious combing through these documents, and encourage you to do your due diligence to review.
