- Mailbox Stickers
Per USPS mailbox standards , any advertising on a mailbox or its support is prohibited and mailbox surfaces must remain clear so mail carriers can deliver mail safely and without obstruction. USPS engineering specifications state that mailboxes must not have advertising, markings, or unauthorized attachments on the exterior of approved mailbox designs, as these can interfere with mail delivery and violate federal regulations. USPS Accordingly, stickers, labels, signs, decals, or similar items are not permitted on any condominium mailboxes or mailbox supports . The association requires compliance with this policy to ensure uninterrupted mail service for all residents and to avoid potential actions by USPS. Thank you for your cooperation and keeping our mailboxes neat and clean. ~Your Association Team

- ***IMPORTANT***
We are pleased to share several upcoming updates to the Holiday Condominium website. You will see a new “Member Roster” page on the website. This page can be accessed through your user profile , located at the top left corner of every webpage. The Member Roster serves as our official directory of Holiday Condominium owners and will be updated quarterly . A single printed copy of the Member Roster will be available for viewing in the office. No additional printed copies will be distributed; however, owners may print a copy for personal use using their own devices and materials. “Subscription” Updates Over the next few days, website users may notice new items appearing on their “My Subscriptions” page (also accessed through your profile at the top left of the website). This is how we will manage limiting access to certain pages (i.e. owners v. renters) and keep us in compliance with Florida Statute 718 while still allowing broader website access for renters. We do not anticipate any interruption to email or website access during this process. Final Phase of Website Implementation These updates mark the beginning of the final phase of our website implementation. Once completed, the website will serve as the primary source of information for both residents and staff. To help ensure a smooth transition, we ask that all owners log in and complete their profile information , which can be found under “Profile” at the top left of the website. Individual Owner Accounts Each deeded owner or trust beneficiary at Holiday Condominium should have their own user ID for the website. This requires a separate email address for each owner. Spouses who share ownership should each have their own individual login. Thank you for your cooperation as we continue improving our communication tools for the community. If you have questions or need assistance accessing the website, please contact the office in person by calling 239-466-1155. Sincerely, ~Your Association Team

- Gate Damaged, Again...
Dear All, Please be advised of an incident that occurred at the entrance gate a few hours ago. A resident attempted to enter by using both their resident gate access card and the visitor gate access card simultaneously. During this attempt, the resident gate barrier arm made contact with the resident’s trailer and had to be removed. The force of the impact dislodged the gate operator tower — the same tower that was just replaced. As a result, the resident gate will remain open until a replacement can be installed. The unit owner responsible will be billed for the full cost of the replacement equipment. Please, please do not try to enter the gates in this fashion. If you need both gate arms open to accommodate your rig, plan to arrive M-F between the hours of 8a-4p. If that is not possible please call the office 239-466-1155 during normal office hours ahead of time so we may help make other arrangements. If you have any questions, please contact the office. Thank you, ~ Your Association Team
